The Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel is looking for you as Breakfast Chef!

What are my responsibilities?
As Breakfast Chef you are part of our Kitchen Team and will work in our Signature' restaurant, Entrée' Bar, In-room Dining department and Meetings & Events department. You..will work in the morning, preparing breakfast.actively interact with our guests.anticipate on guests' needs wherever possible, and take action to enhance guest satisfaction.prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards.ensure all that all mise-en-place is always freshly prepared and on time.ensure that all dishes are being prepared to the correct recipe and to the correct quantity.ensure that any anticipated shortages are communicated promptly to the sous chef or head chef.
